- Remove only 60 cm from the road and sidewalk and then increase the total drainage capacity per line by about 80 l/s;
- Increasing road safety during rainstorms;
- 900,000 plastic bottles were processed in this project.
HOW DID IDS SUPPORT THIS PROJECT?
In cooperation with the municipality and the engineering firm, IDS worked out the kerb in the technical drawing. Before the tires were installed, IDS gave instructions to the tradesmen and the contractor on how the products should be processed and installed.
advantages OVER REGULAR DRAINAGE
By integrating the drainage into the drainage bands, this street could be renovated with only 60 cm of excavation. In practice, this resulted in the closure of only one road segment. The center of the city and the bus stops remained accessible.
